Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for faster, trackable delivery
  • Free Shipping – Orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Perfect for budget-conscious art lovers
Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products with the same rebellious spirit that defines our art collections. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help make it right.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 15 days of delivery
Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our unique collections, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used posters and canvas prints
  • Custom or personalized items from our collections (AC/DC, Pink Floyd, etc.)
  • Digital downloads or access codes
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”
  • Collections items removed from original packaging

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit a Return/Exchange Request

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information. You’ll receive a response within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Step 2: Package Your Item

  • Securely package the item in its original packaging
  • Include your original packing slip or order confirmation
  • Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package (we’ll provide this)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Keep your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive email confirmation when your return is processed.

Refund Information

After we receive your return, please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for return processing
  • 5-10 business days for your refund to be credited to your original payment method

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Note: The timing of when your refund appears in your account depends on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • In your return request, clearly state what you’d like to exchange for
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • We’ll ship your exchange item once we receive your return
