Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Returned within 15 days of delivery
Important: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or used posters and canvas prints
Custom or personalized items from our collections (AC/DC, Pink Floyd, etc.)
Digital downloads or access codes
Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”
Collections items that have been removed from their original packaging

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit a Return/Exchange Request

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information
You will receive a response within 1-2 business days with instructions

Step 2: Package Your Item

Securely package the item in its original packaging
Include your original packing slip or order confirmation
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package (we’ll provide this)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Ship your return to: GDA Wholesale, 3332 Reeves Street, Kaukauna, WI 54130, United States
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns
Keep your shipping receipt until your return is processed

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange
You’ll receive email confirmation when your return is processed

Refund Information

After we receive your return, please allow:

3-5 business days for return processing
5-10 business days for your refund to be credited to your original payment method

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Note: The timing of when your refund appears in your account depends on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product:

Follow the same return process outlined above
In your return request, clearly state what you would like to exchange for
If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
We’ll ship your exchange item once we receive your return
